He has a Doctorate degree in VLSI & Embedded Systems(BDL,Hyderabad), M.Tech in Instrumentation Technology (IISC Bangalore) and M.Sc (Tech) in Applied Electronics(Osmania University). He has completed many R&D projects on Embedded S/W and H/W in Center for Advanced Systems, Division of Advanced Systems Laboratories of DRDO. He is specialized in VLSI, Embedded Systems, Image Processing, DSP, Microcontrollers & Instrumentation. He received Service Excellence awards from Defense Ministry in Year 2005 and 2007 forIndiginisation & Innovation. He is visiting Professor and Board of Studies Member in JNTU, Hyderabad. He is also guide for Ph.D, M.Tech and B.Tech students. Research Supervisor at JNTUH for external Ph.D Programs.
